In-stock orders normally ship within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays, after receipt of payment and are shipped with DHL Express for international orders and Thai Postal Service for domestic orders.
All shipments are trackable and you will be provided with a tracking link by email within 72 hours from that your order has been shipped. Note that it can take some time before the tracking information is visible even though we have sent you the link.
All delivery times below are estimated and should be counted from the day your order was shipped.
DHL Express (international, 3-7 days)
Together with DHL we can now offer their Express service for to very affordable price. Express is their fastest shipping alternative available with a transit time of 3-7 days depending o the destination country. The cost for all our shipping options is calculated by weight and for the Express services price starts at and will increase every 500 gram. So to get the most for your money you may combine your order to reach the optimum weight.
For example, the shipping cost for adding 1x item to your order might be the same as for 3x depending on the weight of the products. Real time tracking is available and tracking information will normally be sent out within 24h after your order has been picked up by DHL.
EMS through the Thai Postal Service *FREE* (domestic, 3-7 days)
For domestic orders within Thailand we offer FREE shipping with registered Express Mail Service through the Thai Postal Office. You will be provided with a tracking number so you can track your order from the Thai Postal Service website, real time tracking is not available. Note that it might take longer than 7 days if you are ordering to any of the outer provinces.
Import taxes and custom duties
International orders, depending on size and destination country, might be subjected to additional import taxes, fees and custom duties. This varies from country to country so please consult your local customer office and check what regulations applies for your order.
