Each item displayed for sale on the Site is sold subject to the description given on the Site. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of items appearing on the Site are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered on to the Site. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of items that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
All items are subject to availability and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. Orders made domestically will be processed through the Thai Postal Service and International Orders will be processed through DHL Global or DHL Express (see terms below) depending on your choice of courier service. Should you purchase on-line an item that is currently out of stock we will refund that amount to you immediately on notification by you.
Please note! Unless the item received is faulty or wrong all and any shipping costs related to the exchange or return, including the cost of shipping a new item is to be paid by the customer.
Should any items or orders be defective or incorrect on arrival to you and are returned unused and in original packaging to us within 7 days of receipt by you and notification to us. When the return items have been received by us we will either refund the amount or provide you with store credit for the amount paid and the cost of return shipping, or alternatively provide you with a replacement item and store credit or partial refund for the cost of the return shipping. TMT reserves the right to determine whether or not the returned item is defective. To be reimbursed for the return shipping it is required for you to email us a copy of the receipt,this is only possible when the items or defective or incorrect. Note that we do not issue refunds for any other reasons than faulty or incorrect items being sent.
Should you wish to exchange the size of an item you will also have to return the item unused and in its original packaging with all labels still attached to us within 7 days of receipt by you and notification to us. When the return items have been received we will issue store credit for you to use to re-order the desired size.
Exchanges are subject to availability on the day we receive the item from you. TMT reserves the right to deny the exchange if the returned item is damaged or by any other means considered unsalable by TMT.
We do not exchange any items for reasons other than stated above and any returns made by you are solely your own responsibility.
If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will place the order on hold for 48 hours and use best efforts to contact you at the email address provided by you when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remainder of the available stock orderd. We will not supply a substitute item without your express authority and any excess amount of your order will be held in credit for your further use at TMT FightStore.
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email from us confirming the details of your order and the payment confirmation. All orders normally gets processed within 24-48h on weekdays and your item/s wil be packaged and sent to you via DHL Express, DHL Global or the Thai Postal Sercive depending on your choice of carrier and destination country. Delivery times stated in our delivery & shippment information are estimated and not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties. By placing an order on the Site you agree to the courier Terms and Conditions of DHL Express or DHL Global as your choice of courier service as detailed in the these links (1, 2).
Should there be any issue with delivery you agree to deal directly with your chosen courier. TMT will assist where possible but responsibility ultimately lies between you and your chosen courier.
By placing an order you are acknowledge and accepting that the recipient of all international shipments might be subjected to additional import taxes and/or custom duties once the shipment have reached the destination country. And that this, if applied will be an additional cost incurred upon what you have already been charge during the checkout by your local customs office or a third party customs broker. All additional charges for import and custom clearance is the sole responsibility of the customer and TMT should not be hold responsible for any related costs or fees regarding import and custom clearance.
Prices shown on the Site by default are in Thai Baht (THB) and can be changed to be displayed in a range of currencies. Please note that currency conversions are for guidance purposes only and the price you must pay for the item is in Thai baht. The final price will be calculated by your card provider in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit or debit card to use it. All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be able to accept your order and consequently will not be liable for any non-delivery.
We take reasonable care to make our Site secure. All credit and debit card transactions on this site are processed using PayPal. TMT at no time retains, uses or have acess to your Credit Card information and you agree to the terms and conditions of your selected payment service provider.
